Min was not a moon god. you're confusing him with the Phrygian god Mên.

I said Thoth was not particularly associated with the moon. He did have a moon connection early on, but he lost this over time. he was associated with many things, like writing and mathematics.

Juno's moon connection is debated and rejected by many scholars, so even with some room for questioning, it's safe to say she's not a moon goddess. Diana was.

    keep reaching, though.

    made-up etymologies
    moon-archy
but you claim a win over this moon god nonsense, when your posts were vastly more inaccurate.

    interesting discussion, anyway.

you never changed your statements because you refuse to learn anything or correct your wrong ideas.

why did you never bring up Khonsu? also, you call deities "moon gods" when they either aren't, or have a loose connection at best.

I'm not an expert on ancient mythology, it's not something I've studied intently. but even so, my statements on that have been more on point than yours.

as for the rest of your ideas, they're very off the wall. I've pointed out enough absurdity to make that point.

why are you making this into such a contest?

even if it were, the moon-archy point by itself weighs far more against you, than any adjustments I made to my points.

    maybe, but it's not certain.

in any case, Khonsu is the stronger association.

I checked through, and they confirmed that Thoth was a moon god (at least early on).

I didn't see any support for Min, though. eta- one book says that Min was occasionally combined with sun and moon gods. which confirms that mythology can get fuzzy at times.
