Caron Wheeler - her best material is from Soul II Soul, pick up Keep On Movin', it's a classic in the "hip hop soul" subgenre... I'm sure you've heard the mega classic single "Back To Life?" If you've ever watched the movie Belly from the beginning, you've heard it.

Lisa Stansfield - another Brit who had the big hit "Been Around the World and I-I-I"... I love her followup single "All Woman"... great voice.

Dawn Lewis - the sexy vamp from Envogue... you don't remember her? She was in Lucy Pearl for a minute, too, with Raphael Saadiq and Ali Shaheed Muhammad.

Yeah, no doubt... I should bump Karyn White off and put Coko in there... will do.

Vesta Williams deserves honorable mention, too... if just for her performance of "Congratulations."

    Are we talking talent here?

Then how on Earth could you have omitted Faith from your list?

^I never saw what was so special about Faith... she puts me to sleep. Her vocals aren't dynamic. She's MJB Jr.

She's infinitely more talented than Mary J. Blige.

    What's special about Latocha Scott?
The fact that she oversings everything?

Some of you all have ventured into 2000. I believe he said the 90's. I don't see how you can leave Mary J blidge out. She put out classics.
