Im sorry this new realization is a bit overwhelming
dont worry the way society works is it makes you think happiness is found, in something, like money, a girl, a job etc etc
and yes those things can make you happy, but if youre not a happy person to begin with that happiness will end and youll just go looking for it in more stuff....
its a choice. You just have to BE happy. Its so easy to take the simple rout and self pity and be depressed. But its a choice.
Im masochistic can I break that?
yes you can do what you want.
but the point is do what you like
God shouldn't be the key to your happiness. Being an atheist (or whatever you might consider yourself now) isn't something to be ashamed of; be proud of it, embrace it. It shows that you are a rational thinker, someone who was able to reject a religion that is not true at best, and hurtful and poisonous at it's worst.
Ya man even my own kind despised me (christian) now, I feel pretty small bc im not apart.of a group sorta a pariah
your part of the group humankind man
the only connection you need look for is the one with yourself.
Beauttifully put and veru encouraging th an k you
There was this monk. He was sitting in front of this brick wall with a sign on it that says, "Happiness. Inquire within."
This business man is walking buy when he stops to read the sign. He looks at the wall. He looks at the sign. He looks at the monk. Then he looks back at the wall again and he's figuring something to himself. When he finally gets it, he says to the monk, "Where is the door?"
And the monk says, "No door."
let me know how it goes.
is that the only thing you want
So u happy yet?
Miserable but by choice
