    no matter who it is
always have a couple maybe 2 or 3 club joints
and i dont mean club joints like 'whoop dat trick' (get em)
    lol

i mean straight up pop shit.
like that nate dogg/chingy/i20/houston joint - 'i like that'

like the nelly joint 'hot in hurrr'

make sure to add bridges as well.
the bpms could be say 95-102
really jus experiment with the bpm

    but im sayin
even if ur sending the shit out to rza
    always
have atleast 2 club joints on the cd.

    an if ur thinking
well i do more sampled joints
    or
im really not into club joints

u can thank people like Pitbull and Yin Yang Twins.

you have to know someone close to whoever you're submitting the beat to. take it from someone who is around these people in the industry - 98% of CDs get thrown out or used as coasters.

lol @ all you niggas thinkin that these beat CDs will get you somewhere, smh. you guys got a lot to learn.

lol man i got no idea
who the hell would take out the time to run 2 seperate everything (emails, soundclicks) just to be a damn alias.

i guess this means we have to vote for each other in every beat tournament.

my point is....the whole "shoppin beats" thing is DEAD. there's NO such thing as shopping beats and sending out shit to labels. if you don't have a manager who can DIRECTLY play shit for these artists and managers then you don't have a chance.

a dude from a label which shall remain un named
gave me his address and i sent him shit for an artists theyre developing over there

    beats he bought
when i didnt have a manager

so no, in my opinion u dont need representation to slang beats to majors
    u jus gotta know people

but if u wanna actually eat yes. you need one.

an when i said 'how do they hear them' its cuz u said suttin bout not using cds

im like the hell does this cat do? beat box over the phone? haha
