And I'm not talking in these forums, I'm talking sheets.

I have slept on sheets that range from 150 thread count to 650 (at least that I have purchased), and I have to say...quality definitely makes a difference.

The lower thread counts ball up, get thin, and generally bunch up and get uncomfortable.

The higher thread counts are much more luxurious. Smooth and soft, the quality can definitely be felt on the skin.

I'm gonna be a sheet snob from now on.

I've slept on the floor without sheets or pillows since 12.

I can't stand sheets... and pillows feel like they're breaking my neck.

But LOL @MissBreezy, I've had this conversation with 2 women before. Threads! My Queendom for more threads!

Oh Gal, this is just too easy to tamper with, lol

But yes, seeing as sleep is so important, and being comfortable while you do so equally as important, I truly believe that this is an area where splurging and spoiling oneself is acceptable and necessary.

ive never bought anything that i can remember that stated a thread count

when i sleep on a bed i dont sleep under sheets. Whats the point of a sheet to sleep under? I use a blanket to sleep under. The sheet is just another thing to wash and in my eyes and is completely pointless and i have no idea why it even exists. Really, what is the point of it.

the sheet i have on my bed covering the matress is flanel. Thats the shizzle.

i can sleep anywhere as long as i have a blanket if its cold and some sort of pilla'

The point of the top sheet is to have something next to the body that can be washed often, as well as prevent irritation from the blanket itself (ie. wool etc.).

Personally I love the feel of nice sheets on my skin, not a rough/balled up blanket. Blankets are for warmth.

Indeed, flannel sheets are da bomb, but fleece sheets are even better.
