    Of course Germans went bonkers (with good reason) - they (apart from serious weather conditions) don't have limitations on highways, but raised a good point saying that the majority of their car accidents happens not on highways, but in areas with set speed limitations..

    It's not bad enough there's been areas of the city closed for traffic which caused even more jams during rush hours, now they'd like to slow down already sloooooow highway drive..
