    I dont know what you guys are conscious about when u workout...

    some folks would think saturated fat or fat intake is the thing that worries....


    some would think that too much carbs is the problem...



    in reality.... its the 'bad' carbs and the sodium intake.


    From a health standpoint... if you cannot maintain 1000-3000 mg of sodium a day... ur gonna have some serious blood pressure problems.... ---- ever since ive had my bp taken.... ive been at 135/82.... 145/85.... 142/87... real bad...

    i just went to the doctors for a checkup and my friggin bp was 110/60.... those 2 days previous the visit i controlled my sodium intake....

    and i dont know about u guys... bad carbs are biggest factor in how much u weight as well.... i cut down on bad carbs and alone lost 15 pounds....


    now im on par to start lifting to fully define my whole body now......


    fat is easily burned..... watch the carbs.. and the salt....

    ull feel alot better when workin out....
