Wycheck reminds me more of Steve McMichael and Kevin Greene, and we all know what huge successes those guys turned out to be. I read that TNA wanted Ray Lewis to come in to make it a tag match, but he shot them down.

I know what I said before, but after Vince McMahon's death I'm actually kind of looking at the prospect of ordering Slammiversary just because I want to see how they'll respond to this. The only thing that would really make it worth ordering though would be (and slim chance) if Nash came out, with Lethal and Dutt behind him, dragging an occupied body bag out to the ring and proceeded to do this big skit/promo. They could be talking to the corpse calling him Vince, and then finally open the body bag to reveal... VINCE RUSSO. SWERVE!!!!!!!!

It will be Jarrett and he will win.

RVD is still under WWE contract. They're keeping him off of TV for the last couple months of his contract I think, kind of like how people who get released have the no-compete clause.

    Predictions:

KING OF THE MOUNTAIN MATCH TO CROWN A NEW TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION
Kurt Angle vs. Christian Cage vs. Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles vs. An Opponent To Be Determined By Jim Cornette
Hmm, a title for Jeff Jarrett's world title in Jeff Jarrett's home town after Jeff Jarrett had to forfet his qualifying match and the crowd is now apparently behind Jeff Jarrett.
Seriously, I can't see anyone other than Jarrett or Angle winning this match.
    Winner: Jeff Jarrett

TNA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
Team 3D vs. The Steiner Brothers
Scott Steiner is trapped in Puerto Rico with an injured throat. This probably won't happen. I would imagine that Buff Bagwell and Lex Luger are eagerly waiting by their phones just hoping that TNA will call them to be a replacement partner.
Winners: Team 3D, no matter who they end up facing.

    X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Chris Sabin vs. “Black Machismo” Jay Lethal
Lethal needs to finally get the belt and Sabin needs to get to tagging with Alex Shelley full time. It makes perfect sense for Lethal to win, but it's TNA, so it's far from a guarantee.
    Winner: Lethal

Sting vs. “The Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels
A lot of people seem to think this is going to be the match where Daniels steps up to the next level. I say he's going to job, cleanly and quickly.
    Winner: Sting

Freedom Match: Eric Young vs. Robert Roode w/ Ms. Brooks
I guess people care about this?
    Winner: Eric Young

NFL Great Frank Wycheck and Jerry Lynn vs. “Cowboy” James Storm & Ron “The Truth” Killings
What the fuck do Storm, Lynn and Killings have to do with each other, and really, who gives a fuck about Frank Wycheck? Yeah, it might pop the 2,000 people there live, but the 3,000 people watching at home couldn't care less.
Winners: Lynn and Wycheck, and I bet Wycheck even gets the pin.

“The War Machine” Rhino & “Wildcat” Chris Harris w/ Hector Guerrero vs. The Latin American Xchange w/ Konnan
Apparently TNA thinks the only real star in LAX is Konnan and that Homicide and Hernandex are just there. TNA doesn't deserve to have LAX.
    Winners: LAX

    Mr. Backlund vs. Alex Shelley
Is TNA stupid enough to put a senior citizen over a guy who could easily be one of their biggest stars? Yeah, they are. In fact, I don't think that would even be the first time. Remember Bullet Bob Armstrong vs. LAX?
    Winner: Backlund

The Voodoo Kin Mafia vs. Basham & Damaja w/ Christy Hemme
Ok, I'm pretty sure absolutely noone cares about this.
    Winners: VKM

On a side note: is anyone else insulted that they've booked the Hemme/VKM feud the way they have because they think that the male fans would boo Christy because they could never get a girl that hot and would want to see a guy like Billy Gunn be an dick to her?

come on he needs ring assistance, he always whips roodes ass but then get screwed over by traci.(gail kimm might come out)

Scott Steiner is officially out, so Team 3D is now facing the dreaded team ???. They'll still win.

In a perfect world though, Sabin would drop the X-Division belt to Lethal, Shelley would destroy Backlund, then they would challenge Team 3D for the tag titles and win. THE RISE OF THE MURDER CITY MACHINE GUNS.
