the 1000 club

    I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about but whatever... 1000 club is when your 1 rep max on bench press, dead lift and squat all add up to at least 1000

    are any of you in it?

    what're your stats?

    My bro just made it... I doubt I'll ever make it, I'm not that dedicated

    hmmm

    my deadlift is 500x3

    squat is like 315x7

    i dont know where my bench is at but i did close grip 225 for 13 the other day.

    ya good job, i lost like 20 pounds of muscle when i started martial arts, but im gettin back into it now

    my stats were

    deadlift 360
    squat 260 (pisses me off)
    bench 240

    Nothing special, but the goal is always the 3/4/500 club. 1000 pound club isn't that impressive really. :) Congrats on being in both clubs.

    ANy idea what your body fat is?

    man, i remember doin that in high school. haven't tried since then... do all resistance and bodyweight mostly. though when my arm heals up i'll try that shit to see where i'm at.

    high school stats were

    bench: 300
    squat: ~450
    deadlift: ~350

    (been 10 years so i'm not really sure if it was 50lbs higher or lower on those two.)

    pretty sure my squat would be a lot higher now.
