I'd say a clean diet with a good lifting/cardio routine and green tea.

Fat burning supplements are pretty much crap in my opinion.

yeah my workout routine is good and my diet is as good as i can get without buying all low-fat crap, i dont eat junk food and i dont drink soda...no way would i take any fat burning stuff since i have a very low fat % plus im already in very good shape. i was just looking for something that would take me up a level so to speak, i was thinking of creatine but im concerned if it will make me too bulky? im about 170 now and really dont want to get my weight above that.

well you cant take a lean mass gainer and not expect to gain weight.....

creatine is good, it wont make you too bulky. If you work out fairly regularily i can see you putting on 10lbs in 1-2 months....

also there is tons of "lean muscle mass gainers"..

the one i take (with milk) has 800+calories and 67g's of different proteins.....the majority of the calories come from all the protein.....low fat aswell....its a great supp made by BioX
