What do you use, if you use one? Right now I'm using Acetyl L-Carnitine, Cayenne, Green Tea Extract and Ginseng Extract to work as a fat burner, and I will probably add caffeine to that as well. Not sure though because there's already caffeine in the Green Tea and I drink 2 cups of Green Tea a day as well. To round out my stack, I use Beverly International (BI) Lean Out, BI Muscle Synergy and BI Creatine Select. For workouts I use Prograde Workout before and after, along with Xtend BCAA Watermelon during the workouts. I also use Prograde EFA icon and the Multivitamin, and I take regular Glucosamine for joints as well. What do you use, and what's the most effective stacks you've found work for what you are doing? Have you found better ones for leaning or bulking?
