What up yall, just wanted to share this new video with yall. The beginning is a clip of me chillin with DJ Battlecat at his studio (coincidentally the same night Nate Dogg passed). This beat is from scratch, unrehearsed, off the top of the dome.

Thanks for checkin my video folks

All of the sounds used are coming from Komplete 6 and Minimonsta. The drums are from various sources. I rarely use the hardware unless Im looking for very particular sounds.

I appreciate yall checking it out, I know I could make these videos shorter but sometimes I feel like I would remove the "idea finding" process that I go through. Thanks again for the feedback folks, its appreciated.

Maschine doesnt do rewire, and Im thinking it probably wont even do Rewire since NI and Propellerheads are competitors. I think the only way to use Maschine with Propellerheads is via midi/sync or drag and drop audio from Maschine into Record.

sadly Record does not offer drag and drop audio at this time. well sad for some doesnt really bother me at all. Does Maschine not work with other companies vsts either? I thought it would be weird to have support for all vsts but then not for rewire.

Maschine will host all 3rd party VST, however when it comes to rewire, thats a technology/protocol that would need to be licensed. But the VST hosting opens up the door for using something like this:

ReWire VST - VST plugin with ReWire

this is a VST that gives you rewire access, so technically you can rewire Reason into Maschine.

FMajor, Once again dope video. I fell away from making music over the last couple of years. But i picked up Maschine this weekend and I must say your vidz and threads had ALOT to do with my purchase decision.

Quick question, from the look of things maschine is limited to only 1 midi output port. Do you know of a work around that'll allow me to use more than just one of my hardware synths at a time in a project?
