I’ve gained 12 pounds.
It's not bad, any progress is good. If you kept that weight gain throughout the year that'd be 48 pounds.
Keep rollin', eat as clean as you can, but some fat gain is inevitable. Worry about cutting it later.
Fat is much easier to gain than muscle obviously, so keep the cardio up to filter out the good kind of weight gain.
Newbie gains can be pretty crazy so stick with it and good luck.
No fat on me, son. I can eat nonstop and not get fat.
How old are you then? It could be natural growth too. As far as I know, 12 lbs of muscle in 3 months is not physically possible. 10 lbs in a year would be an impressive achievement.
Haha, not gonna ask then. Either you're very genetically gifted, or a decent percentage of that gain is fat but it's not noticeable. Sounds good either way tbh.
Yeah you've got to be gaining some fat along with muscle.
If it's 12lbs. of muscle then yes. that's awesome.
I find that going to the gym is a big fucking distraction for me. too many asses and titties for me to focus on working out, I be up in there tryna score. so I stopped going to the gym and started working out in my garage. put carpet pieces down for sound proof. hung a small flat screen up and It's just me and Insanity going at it.
Considering we don't have a clue about your workouts / eating habits i'm going to assume about 2-3 pounds of that weight is muscle (If you did your job) and the rest fat / water.
By you saying "I don't gain fat I can eat all day" I can already tell you have no clue about fitness and are still immature.
Learn about your body more. Check your BF% every month along with your weight.
If BF% is going down while your weight is slowly raising. You are gaining muscle and losing fat. But don't forget, focus on one more then the other and cycle it.
Who is this dipshit?
I don't know, he just made a moronic post in Zyclon's creatine thread
He's coming across like a dipshit but he has a point.
