As long as I have music around me I am truly inspired to take all aspects from any song, be it the beat, parts of lyrics or just the way I feel and move when listening to music. I have a dancing alter ego that connects me completely to whatever song I choose to listen to. There is not just a few I could ever choose from, but to mentions some
    Lenny Kravitz
    Tom Petty
    Matchbox 20
    John Mayer
Jon B (HE JUST MAKES ME SIT IN AWE ACTUALLY)lol
    Floetry (wonderful)

Just to put some out there.

    Dido, Sarah McLochlan,
she is quite unknown but, her stuff is banging. and very chilled out. here are some lyrics from a song called angel

In the arms of the Angel far away from here
From this dark, cold hotel room, and the endlessness that you fear
You are pulled from the wreckage of your silent revelrie
You're in the arms of the Angel; may you find some comfort here

Mostly music and artis who create the music have to have that realness about them.. I usually go with the artists who are low key and not too commercial…
