Some progress pictures

    these are pretty much my best pictures even with the shitty lighting...

    starting 199 lbs at legit 6'2"...

    3-4 weeks 190lbs

    6 weeks 183-185 lbs

    I have more, but i'm going to wait till week 8 or atleast until i reach near 180 because i have no abs right now...i store fat mainly in the lower belly...notice i lost fat everywhere except my lower back...

    i dont want to diet down under 180...so, imma clean bulk up to 190 and diet for 4 more weeks if i dont reach a good level

    this is me last year dec 06-jan 07...pretty much changed everything after this, and i started studying nutrition...i wasn't very strong here either...i weighed 250lbs

    Definitely making progress.

    Word at storing in the midsection. The last fat to go for me is the love handles and the lower back. I mean, they preogressively get smaller but they always take a little longer.

    More cardio is your solution.

    yeah, but my glutes are weak...mainly from squatting too high in my early days when i was fat( i did squat 405x3 5 inches from parallel pretty easilly back then) ...nevertheless, my full squat is weak right now, but it will be brought up soon...im hoping by next year to hit some big numbers

    Sissy squats, lunges. Just remember when you squat to always initiate the movement by bringing your hips down and back like you're sitting down. Flex the whole way up and pause at the top contracting for about 1 second. In that 1 second, I make sure to especially squeeze my ass.

    thanks...

    I was about to stop the diet yesterday, but this morning i saw a hint of abs at 185...so, i will diet for 2 more weeks...and post some final pictures...

    then its time to adjust the calories and start gaining lean mass to 200...but that will take a lot longer than 8 weeks...

    yea but considering youve probaly lost muscle in the process of your bulk (assuming you lifted before you dieted?) you may get to 200 pretty quick depending on how much muscle you had prior and how long you had it for.

    But, i still have big quads....lots of heavy squats and bulgarian split squats

    but amm whasup with first set of pics u posting pictures 3-4weeks apart, ehh dont do that u wont see that much progress i dont think personally, i take pics every 3-4months
