post it then nigga....
lol@ takin 3 weeks to make a beat
Sol Had Some Good Points, I Know 3000 Is Obtainable On A Good Month, But how Consistent Is That ? Truth be told, if i do that 2 months...thats rent for the whole year... I can barely imagine what that would enable me to do in my personal life, knowing i got 10 months to really focus on music and ME, and not some bullshit ass job or bill
shoot if i can knock out 4 months @ 3000... imma take a vacation
thats real talk
3000 ain't really shit.
I made 12,000 in the 2 and a half months I been on PMP.
Why are you wasting 2k on rent and you could own a house...
He claims he made $150,000 in 2007, and didnt pay any taxes on any of it.
He better hope the IRS doesn't read RM.
Sol has 5 credit lines and finances a BMW.
Plus, I'm sure he has a marijuana habit like Chase Cashe
hahahaha fuck all of you
first of all, you cant own a home for 2k/mo in LA.. Im skippin the minor leagues. Going straight to the draft. The first home I own will have about $100 grand down on it and $10k a month mortgage. Im not worried about owning a house worth less than a million.
2nd, mr IRS you're a faggot
3rd, I doubt Cashe is on my habitual level
Its terrible how niggas be trying to research a nigga life.
No research necessary, IV.
Jesse III tells me alot about you.
I must admit you are a very hilarious character.
What's your point?
Sol and Chase spend their money foolishly.
Maybe if they invested their money in assets that generate income, they wouldn't have to rent and lease all their shit.
maybe so in LA. However, i'm glad i do not have to throw 2k down the drain, like new yorkers and LA residents.
LOL my nigga is on his Jim Cramer.
It's better than being in Cincinnati where you can easily get shot and killed.
Them Over the Rhine niggas wild!
lol@ medicinal talking to himself.
you really believe that.... i'm older than you, do you think i'm that immature...
I doubt thats him talking to himself.
LOL...y'all and ya egos as usual!!
But for me..I've shifted focuses and I've been DJing 100% of the time now. I haven't made a beat since the summer. Most events I do are on my campus, and I definitely don't make enough to "live off" but I make about the same amount that I used to make workin 40 hours a week in an office, when doing 4-5 events for 3-4 hours at a time.
When I get back home, DJing will definitely be my second main source of income, and that should cover most of my bills and gas. I don't think I'll ever expect music to be my only source of income, and even if I was making enough money to do so, I'd rather have a solid job with my degree. Most DJ gigs are never between 9-5, since most people are working between then...so working 3-4 nights a week, or doing weekend events, will be more than enough for me to have as a second source.
In L.A., I think you need at LEAAAST 55,000 to live decent/comfortable in a decent area. That's roughly a thousand a week from whatever job you have, whether it's production or a regular job.
