17 bucks for a 2.48 tub.. 15 servings. It's usually 24-30 bucks.
Fat kiddo? rofl.
Buddy here wants to gain weight, thats the easiest way to do it smart guy.
he wants to put on mass, which i'm going to guess is more muscle. not fat. eating carbs before bed is bad no matter what you are trying to do.
like Purple Haze said... whey gainers are loaded with sugar, do you think thats adding muscle mass? Hmmm?
Either way you have to go to the gym to turn the weight into muscle mass, think about that.
Its commonly used theory for people trying to pack on a quick few pounds. Eat a bowl of cereal or a sandwich and go to bed, wake up int he morning and go to the gym...
i was assuming he is taking it in correalation with a bulking workout regeime. not taking it standalone to achieve much mass. he is going to be consuming carbs throughout the day to provide energy. when eating carbs before bed it can lead to fat accumulation because you are not doing anything energetic. some people are more sensitive to carbs than others. i know of people who take egg whites or milk before bed mixed with some ice cream. but a big meal? thats just not gonna help. i always take flax seed oil and a protein high in casein shake before bed. drinking lots of milk and large meals during the day helped me gain weight over the past few years.
I agree with you but a bowl of cereal or a sandwhich a big meal?
I realize I said a big meal in my earlier post but it was a bit of an exageration.
well a bowl of cereal or a sandwich i wouldn't find much faults in. i was just going by the meal you mentioned.
i eat food
and take the mass gainer after i work out....
