what a coincidence...lmao
this world is such a joke right now i hate techonlogy
A woman I know that is 50+ years old and never had the flu or a flu shot..got the shot last year and was in the hospital a couple days later with a super high fever and sickness. Literally almost died.
She's been sick to the point she has to go to the hospital atleast 3 times since that
i ain't read one reply but the chiropractor i've been seeing says that pretty much all ailments can either be cured by plants, veggies, or fruits
he says the doctors and speciailists he works with pretty much make millions per year off of b.s. shots, prescriptions, etc.
i know it's mad common knowledge, but.. oh well.
*goes back into hiding*
exactly they dont make cures for shit cause they can make more money off of things that just sustain
Now, while I do believe the medical industry is one of the most manipulative and subversive of all, c'mon man.
Antibiotics n shit.
Ain't no herbs curin' staph.
No herbs, but THEA herb, ya heard?
Sorry to tell you guys but they dont "inject" you with the flu.
And your homie/friend/sister/uncle that got sick after they got a flu shot has nothing to do with them getting the flu shot.
People get sick sometimes. And the flu shot only protects you against the common strains of the year. Immunology is one of the most commonly misunderstood things. People say the stupidest shit. There's still huge groups of people that literally believe government is infecting children with autism or some shit.
People have the most retarded logic. They are like "i'm not immunized against X and Y and I've never gotten it so it's not real" when in reality you don't get exposed to these viruses because EVERYONE else is vaccinated. I can't wait till this intentional rejection of innoculations brings back some old ass legacy viruses that'll wipe out a whole slew of idiots. People need to be reminded of the miracle that is vaccinations.
The placebo effect has a somewhat less well-known, slightly evil cousin; the nocebo effect. This occurs when an individual's expectation of negative effects generate those effects, much like a hypochondriac developing symptoms because he or she is actively watching for something to go wrong with their health. This is particularly important when looking at side-effects of drugs, as a placebo pill can generate the negative side-effects associated with drugs, and in some cases, specific side-effects can be increased by mentioning them prominently or adding an extra layer of suggestion, such as complex consent forms.[1

Wish Chris Rock was in the business of writing novels about medicine and statistics on the effectiveness of flu vaccination..
Usually those selling the product work almost "postmodernistically" - of course if it can be beneficial to humanity, why not sell it. Regarding vaccination against diseases like measles, typhus, smallpox, rubella, and diseases that arise limited/restricted to certain corners of this globe; for example tropical diseases - there's no doubt of meaningfulness of getting vaccinated..
In cases of epidemics (flu) it should boil down to infectologists and epidemiologists saying whether or not it's wise to get the flu shot. Basically someone who knows what they're doing, instead of sales representatives of this or that company producing vaccines.
that is dissapointing
