    One of the best meditation practices is to just sit in a room by yourself..no need to repeat mantras or count breaths, or even close your eyes.. just sit alone with yourself in a quiet room with no t.v., internet, electronics, etc...


    This calms your mind down..it hurts at first cause we're used to so much mental activity but it starts to feel really good you'll automatically stop resisting and fighting so much and start accepting the present moment


    This also strengthens you intuition, creativity, relieves stress, promotes well-being,
