    Well as much as I disagree with this statement.. I'll overlook it, and say this.

    I don't think that we (police officers) will be able to utilize these rounds in our service weapons. They are way too unpredictable, and could cause collateral damage. I don't think this ammunition should be sold anywhere. Way too many possible mistakes could happen. Can you imagine with a drive by would be like with 100 of these flying through the air? That's insane.
