Hey all. I'm looking for suggestions on how to even up the front and back of my deltoids. While my shoulders are pretty big anyway, my front deltoid is quite a bit bigger than the back. I attribute it to the fact that I used to do a shit ton of benches and chest work in high school for football and neglected my upper back/rear shoulders to an extent.

However, I find rear deltoid & upper back exercises hard to do (see my recent post on "pushing" and "pulling" exercises). What sort of exercises would you guys suggest to really hit the rear deltoid? I can feel it a bit when I do rows and stuff and my school's gym has a really great rear deltoid machine, but I wanna know what else you guys have to offer...
