age happens man ive never had a massage, i mean 1 or 2 girls have tried but i have a muscular back and my girls weak ass hands cant do anything so i dont even bother... its futile. I need a pro massage one day, sounds lovely. Specially because ive never had a massage.... so its like, ill prolly bust a nut... cant wait lol ive got a friend whos had major sciatica problems and it looked like hell. I dont have sciatica but all my years as a granite installer and concrete worker have injured my back. 1nce or twice a year i can barely move for a week lol. can you imagine having sciatica problems in the 1400's? you and your family would all die. So be thankful its 2013 lol.
Dude it's literally one of the worst fucking pains ever, right along dislocating a shoulder. Every time I go past a right angle with my back a ton of bricks of pain come flying in shortly after. I spent the entire day doing yoga and heating pads. It feels about 10x better already, but we'll see what it feels like tomorrow. And my family would not die if I had sciatica problems we too strong for that.
everyone who had sciatica in the 1400's died... lol you are a jedi though so its possible yoga is supposed to help sciatica, specially yoga designed for a better back. I was going to mention it.
You already know I'm on that shit. A couple hours of stretching everyday before work, while alleviating the symptoms of sciatica, will also help me in the long run. See what happens when you take a couple weeks off from yoga?
haha my homie his arm was in a sling from one shoulder being dislocated, then he was at my other friends house, and he tripped and dislocated his other shoulder.... and he had sciatica problems at the time too... dude was a walking disaster case
Dood, it used to happen to me about once a month. The pain never got any easier to deal with. It's a pain so intense it makes you sweaty and nauseous once it's gone. It's been a while since I've dislocated it though, thanks to a lot of physical therapy and learning what motions are best for me.
Happened to me 3 times, it wasnt hurting so bad, felt like a cramp. Then one time while playing football it went out so fucking bad, went down, couldnt feel the bone, almost fainted, was sweating like a pig, had to go to hospital and took them 3h to put it back in place.
Damn well my knees are still good but my ankles are shit. My right ankle was more or less only attached by skin at one point in my life.
Yea a lot of people confuse a separated shoulder with a full dislocation, and while the former hurts like a mother fucker, it's not as bad as the latter. One time I was playing soccer and swatted the ball with my left hand (was goalie) and completely lost my left shoulder. My first reaction was to fall to my knees and then fall directly on my left shoulder, popped it back into place but I was dunzo for that game obviously.
Yea, I didnt know it was my shoulder popping out, it really thought it was a cramp, when it got dislocated I connected the dots
