I want to see them run a mile in 5-6 minutes or even do double their bodyweight in ATG squats.
If they can do that, I'm jealous.

I doubt they got that big just by calisthenics though.
^ they might have... i think that's all usher really does.... he aint the biggest dude but he's big...and the majority of his work is calisthenics....saw it on vh1....
they probably hit the bench press and do curls... i doubt they do normal bodybuilder shit...
they are pretty much doing a gymnast workout.....and the male gymnast pretty much look like these guys....(except stronger and bigger legs)
Gymnast are fucking 4 feet tall at most. Usher is skinny.

Those shits put natural strength on you...They do the type of workout they tell you to do in gymnastics and jiu jitsu training they want the muscles strong but flexible....This workout is tougher then lifting weights....
I know cause I tried it lol...I could barely do a few of those shits those guys are alternating while hanging that means they got strong ass ligamints....ihave you ever tried to do those rings at the park? your arm will rip off....if your heavy and you will feel your tendons aching and lose your grip...these guys are holding on with one arm to alternate and not losing grip...
body weight excersices aint a joke...yur lifting your whole body and then doing them for reps...
I am just wondering if they go to failure cause they do full body shit...And I heard your muscles need 5 full days to recover...I heard these cats do this shit 3 days a weak they must have fast recovery..

i didnt hear them say how often they did it.... cause i was gonna add one day where i did this kind of workout only.....so 3 days i'll hit the weights, day off, do a variation of this workout, then 2 days off....rinse and repeat
I dont know man...I think they probally do it 3 days a week...cause I trie their workout before and I was sore for like 4 days so i gotta adjust to it.
but I dont see how you can really hit shoulders with this workout.

yup you should do it...It helps strengthen the tendons Rickson Gracie does those at the park...I used to have the video maybe ill upload it once i find it...but he does those rings and he can stretch his body....its also good for the shoulders for jiu jitsu.
