Anyone have an idea how long it takes to heal from a slight tear? 5 days ago I felt something go in my right shoulder while I was doing free weight excercises. I broke my form and twisted my shoulder at an akward angle - tried to compensate and viola. I haven't worked out since, because I don't want to aggravate it and end up making it much worse. But I maybe I can work through it, if I don't do any lifts that would strain the muscle, like maybe bench etc?
