free and a fraction of a cent is almost equal in my book. More than equal enough to pass for casual arguments sakes.

Enough to write a research paper on? No. A rapmusic thread? yes.

Do you believe that I dont understand the concept of using public libraries funded by tax dollars? Or is it my logic not having a journalistic error free style to it.

In other words, you know my point, you understand it, but your being picky at the construction of it.

so is reznick claiming that access to wireless service of ANY kind costs a fraction of a cent?

theres this CRAZY thing called backend costs.. and theyre fucking MASSIVE. whos paying for those? individual subscribers/businesses paying full price for services rendered en masse. the cost of connectivity is never cheap. its just unevenly dispersed at times... not unlike our own economy and welfare programs, but yea..

Your taxes, that go towards public libraries, is a fraction of a cent. Am I wrong? Maybe I am, but I can't imagine we pay more than a cent each, for public libraries.

    Which offer free wifi

Which you may visit every single day to access the internet.

    Essentially, free.

no you fucking idiot.. your taxes pay for POINT OF SERVICE.. so yea, probably a fraction of a cent to each person so the LIBRARY can have connectivity.. that service it PURCHASED from an ISP. that ISP stays afloat and in business because of... cmon.. you can get it... INDIVIDUAL BUSINESSES AND SUBSCRIBERS PAYING FULL PRICE FOR SERVICES RENDERED EN MASSE.

one of these days im going to responsible for you offing yourself. that day cant come soon enough, hopefully before you get a chance to procreate.

For a fraction of a cent, you can get:
