Jook you check your PMs?
Not yet brother, have like 50 , will check now though (for you )
@GaLaTeA dedicated to fitness AND a hustler.
At least 1h to eat considering how much she works out, thats heavy addiction.
You're such a sweetie
Nope. Being (overly) hyperactive becomes an advantage in this case.
3:40 am - wake up, shower&get dressed, quick breakfast&check phones/emails
5:00 - 11 am - start my workout session (used to leave @1 pm)
11:30 am - quick lunch, drop by the company around noon-ish and stay there throughout the afternoon.
Depending on how the day goes I'll be home anywhere from 5 - 7 pm, make dinner, then either get back to work or do all the domestic ish (I'll also do all the garden&yard work myself), fall asleep around midnight.
Being loyal to Noble will in turn end in him being one of those "army veteran dry-humped&sexecuted to death" news stories once I get my claws on him.
If you continue waking up this early while with him Im sure he will die.
3 hours of sleep a night give or take @GaLaTeA ? I couldn't do that. #Salute.
So you're working out for 6 hours and only getting about 3 and a half hours sleep? I'm assuming I don't have to explain how that's counter productive.
Not all people are the same, just because 3h of sleep isnt enough for you doesnt mean it isnt for her too.
It has nothing to do with wether it's "enough" or not..
I'm speaking more about hormonal production, excess cortisol and general rest and repair..
6 hours of working out is a lot but whatever, those ultramarathoners push themselves to ridiculous limits in training...
but sleep is a key component of fitness.
I'm weird like that, *shrugs*
Even as a child I've never been able to sleep for longer than 5-6 hrs/night, waking up around 5am no matter what - alarm clock or not, going to bed later than usual or not, etc. Since my university days I'm on a 4hrs sleep tops/night schedule. Never had a problem, nor had any medical issues related with it.
I'm good with 4-5 Any more I'm miserable.
Since this has been over for awhiiile is it cool if I shoot this over to the Health / Fitness forum @J o o k @Resilient. ??
Absolutely on my end brah.
