fuck organic olive oil, just use EVOO and you're fine.
and FYI, make your own breadcrumbs. throw some Ezekiel bread in the oven for like 10-15 to dry it out, throw it in a food processor or blender with your own spices and herbs. tastes better, you know what's in it, and it's healthy.
and, if you don't want to use oil, bake it. you can use egg whites to attach. more protein.

I only use extra virgin olive oil to grease the pan so that nothing sticks to it. It's better than using Spray Pam with all those chemicals. I typically just use a tablespoon, than use a paper towel to grease the entire pan with that small amount. Filippo Berio is imported from Italy and only costs around $6 for 17oz.

hard to take selfies that are angled properly. I'm vascular as shit but when it's 1.5 hours after the workout is over...you lose a lot of size and veins.

That's something to think about for when you take your final pics.
I know exactly what you're talking about because I tend not to show vascularity with my camera phone and lighting but all that is going to change this time around.
lol i'll probably use my contest pics for my finals, unless I keep shredding. don't worry, my final pics will be fine and i'll make sure to drop an exposure filter so you can see definition and vascularity.

Im slackin tho. I eat ok during the week but I've been terrible on weekends cus people come by for sports games and to burn all the time and they always order pizza and all kind of shit
That and I'm eating like 10 slices of bread a day

Starting to realize a big issue I have to is the SIZE of my portions and plates. My average dinner meal at night is 3-4 servings of rice 2-3 servings of broccoli. Both soaked in butter. I mean soaked lol. And like 5-6 big ass pieces of chicken.
Thats just a regular average plate for me.......and I'll eat that and then an hr later I'm starving again and either eat sandwiches or gigantic bowls of cereal
Then I smoke and im hungry again and eat something at midnight and then go to sleep directly afterwards
Its crazy cus I wake up at 9am most of the time and I don't even usually want to eat or feel the urge to eat till like 3:30-4:00
But once I start eating then its basically non stop until I go to sleep
Being diabetic and an extremely picky eater kills me
I hate all condiments and dressings. If its not ketchup or bbq sauce I cant fuck wit it
Hate every veggie besides corn, green beans and broccoli
Hate salads etc
I live off of bread (literally) peanut butter n jelly. Tuna fish.
Eat one of those everyday for my first meal
