    Might be the angle. I dunno. My chest always been hard to get big particularly. I think I got a pretty strong back and strong triceps though. The second picture here kinda shows more my chest / back ect ect. I think I need alot more cable pulls and incline bench, tbh. I can only go up to like 225 on the incline so that's kinda 'lackin.

    Do a video of u hitting 315

    Not sure how u can only do 225 on incline but 315 in flat

    I can do 225 on incline but can't break 235 flat I have a horrible shoulder tho and rarely touch weights

    I can do more than 225 for just one rep or something. Matter of fact I've hit 255 once or twice on incline I just don't normally do it. That's what I meant not I CAN'T go above that but I can't for reps really. Somebody asked about a video before. I'll do one when I get more comfortable under that weight for sure. I've only hit it once so far and it was a struggle getting that up.

    If your shoulder bad your incline should be weaker than your flat though. And if you're doing 225 incline you should be at 255-275 flat. Flat's alot easier than incline, b. What's your form like? You go narrow and use alot of triceps or normal / wider grip and push with your back?

    If you're doing 225 incline 250 should be no problem on flat. Unless your form is bad, or that shoulder is THAT bad. But the incline would put more pressure on your shoulders.

    True, man. That's how you win, though. I thought about pushing out my gut, but that's cheap. I thought about tightening my midsection, but that would be hurting myself. I should not have tightened my back, though. Don't know ho much more shredded it's going to get.
