    Transformation Breakdown -

    @Screech - For someone who "fell off" you did really great. I'd say you improved EVERYWHERE. Abs came in, arms look better, obviously you're stronger. What I would do moving forward, is switch your chest routine to something more bodybuilder-ish and less strength focused. Your chest could use some rounding and your waist could use some slimming down.

    @GaLaTeA - At first I had to examine whether or not it was seeing a woman in her underwear that was leading me to a bad vote. But upon careful examination it seems that you've leaned up in many places. Most notably your upper stomach area, lost some arm fat, and places that were flat have become concave. Great job. Your focus to cardio and running did the trick. Going forward I would try to hit the most challenging area of all - lower belly. And I don't have no tips for that, you'll have to ask Just Polished, lol.

    @JustPolished - Didn't want to give you any more areas than necessary, but you clearly made a good transformation. Your abs are popping out the yin yang and your back seems to have grown tremendously. Granted, you're probably an expert at flexing, your results still seem superior in difference (at least in pictures) to anyone I didn't put above you. Good job.

    Overall Body Breakdown -

    Just Polished - No brainer, here.

    Screech - Yeah man if you could develop your chest better and stop slacking off. You could have a formidable figure my friend.

    @J o o k - I'm giving you this category in 3rd because of your chest mass and bicep size. I feel like you have a genetic makeup that prefers to be big than lean. This is a look that Ness Lee may be able to achieve realistically sometime in the future (except he'd be bigger, of course).

    Swim Suit Body Breakdown -

    Just Polished - you're probably a swimsuit model in whatever country you live in.

    Galatea - you're not quite a swimsuit model, but if you want to get your body to that level it is well within your potential.

    @Deep Abyss - you need to work on your chest man. You got lean arms and core, huge traps, but very small chest mass. You retain no size with your arms up, and it stretches your abs away, so that's a bad pose for you. You're lean, but need to get some size on that chest. Maybe let the lats grow more.

    Screech just missed out here, imo, because he's not lean at all, despite his muscle development.


    Comments for others.
    @SinSSMG - Your focus on strength betrayed you for this competition, because you look almost identical as you did before, and I can't tell strength change from pictures without some bodybuilding growth to show it. Proud you went up in all your lifts, but I would definitely take on some bodybuilding routines for the chest and arms. Get some more peak on those bis, and get the chest looking as good as its performing.

    @Cire - I know you were on and off with it due to some issues, but honestly, it looks like no change was made. If you think you worked hard, than maybe your diet needs the attention? Alternatively, you may need to shift focus from B-Ball and Cardio which enables you to carbo-load and probably you do that a lot which some is stored as fat for later b-balling, and maybe try out a traditional weightlifters gym.

    @Hardkore - Same as Cire, nothing really changed but your angle of the camera. You're in desperate need of delts. They will make you look more formidable.

    @Ness Lee - we addressed your issues in the other thread, and I think everything I saw before my post in it was good advice.

    @zyclon B gas - looking better for sure. keep chiseling away at those lovehandles and they'll be gone soon enough. i saw you deep in that other thread working with @yayo. Good routines, just maybe throw in some sprint-like exercises? I'm not sure what you're goals are.
