    That guy's so versatile.

    "One Thing" - Amerie
    "Get Right" - Jennifer Lopez
    "Soldier" - Destiny's Child
"Beautiful Ones" - Mary J. Blige
    "Crazy In Love" - Beyonce

The guy's a genius. I love his work.

Tim & Bob are REALLY good R&B producers too..

I like Rich Harrison when he produced majority of Amerie's first album

Never been one for droppin' producers' names... they should always play the back, while the singer or rapper is in the front.

Producers are very under rated. Most of the time, a song is a hit because of the beat by the producer, instead of by the actual singer/rapper.

Rich Harrison's a veteran to the business. He's been working with Mary J. Blige for more than a decade. He just isn't a household name.

As for Jam and Lewis??? Touche.

    They are definitely ingenius.

I'm not one for it either except when the talent level demands it.
