I may get in on this one. I have the majority of what I need at the house. I can go hit a track or a park close by for running. powerblocks, oly weight set and bench with the leg curls and extensions, jump ropes, some standard dumbbells 5- 25 aside from the powerblock.
I'm in too. I need to bulk up

DL mx 425. Bench 380 mx. Ima push ups kinda nigga 500 in the morn. 500 before bed. And I do a few 100 at work when im bs'n ard. And lots of pull ups. I wanna get up to 500 DL. 400 bench. I'd probably be there by now if my shoulder didn't get fucked up few yrs ago.

Pretty much, 3 km is meh, lol, its so short.
Those 12mins do fly by.. Always preferred long distances (with at least 8% inclination/various terrain) to shorter ones..
And then I met a guy who's an ultra marathon runner - think he won the 64 days type runathon. Made my 42-50km look pitiful.
Thats why I love playing football, lots of running.
Some people can run all day long.
No footy during winter tho..
I don't even function properly if at least a 20km run doesn't get cleaned out before hitting weights. It'd be the equivalent of drinking cup after cup'o'kaisermelange and completely skipping on a workout routine.. :/
Temperature around 10 is the best for playing.
