    yeah but our local squash scene is pretty small. Men's A would be like the top 20 players in the region. It's all relative though. I'm currently really far from it but can feel myself improving by leaps and bounds. If I stick with it I think I could get really good.

    A men's A tourney in a bigger city center would be like way harder and super stacked.

    I need this but I just went back to the gym today for the first time in a month!!!! And I hated it. But I weighed myself before I left and cried on my drive home. lol.

    So my usual cycle continues. I'll be in this.

    At my highest weight!!!! 194lbs right now!!! Been so focused on work and family and my alcoholism that diet/ time has been not at all a focus.

    Problem for everyone joining is. Once I focus, you've seen how easy it is for me to beast on yall ;) I'll make this my greatest transformation yet.

    I'm all for 20 weeks. Gets everyone tip top for Summer. Why would you want to do 12 then slip right before beach season?

    It's a marathon, not a sprint.

    Yeah you know... on second thought... 20 weeks aint too bad because noone is forcing me to diet the whole 20 weeks...

    i can eat ham for 8 weeks than go ham for the final 12.

    I just threw up 305 on the bench with ease a couple hours ago during my chest workout. I'm reppin' out 225 for 10 and 245 / 255 for 5-6. I'm gonna be hitting 365 on the bench by the time this competition is over with.


    Headed to the gym now to hit the dreaded LEGS.

    My take on fitness is a little different I think...

    TBH I don't give a fuck what I lift, how many times in the gym.

    My goal is and always has been to look good and feel good. With that in mind I naturally progress my numbers as far as weight goes but have never used them as a bench mark for what I'm doing.

    I watch high school kids toss around more weight than me at times with poor form and flabby bodies. IDGAF when I'm on my game, can't see me.

    all the strength gains i make on the bench disappear after 30 minutes of bagwork.
    i agree with @Reign. it's the balance. health, fitness, look good, feel good, and rank yourself high on the potential street fight lb4lb list.

    Also why dont people take pictures of whole body now, instead of taking only upper body pics with legs and chest.

    I work out legs bro. Was just doing leg presses at 620 lbs for sets after running a mile and 1/2 tbh. And the only reason I was fuckin' with leg presses is because both squat racks were in use.
