    Make it a lifestyle change instead of a temporary thing, b. :D

    You can still get good gains and cuts even if your diet isn't super restricted the entire time. Just eat mostly healthy and put in that work imo.

    It isn't a problem for me either but I think during the contest, participants implement rigorous dieting [hence what Noodles was speaking of] for maximum results in the time allotted.

    as far as the whole fitness part of it I can do that easily.. I go to the gym for 2 hours or more 6-7 days a week...... my main problem is I HATE cardio.....with a passion....... I will be at the gym for 2 hours and my heart rate will never really be up and im never really tired.... I usually lift for an hour and then hit the treadmill for an hour.... fast walk on incline....never run..... fuckin hate it and my stamina is horrendous...... I'll lift all day long but I can't run fast paced or sprinting for more than like 2 mins without feeling like im gonna die lol

    only time I enjoy cardio is if im actually playing a sport that involves running.. then its fun to me.

    but overall my main issue is food.... I hate dieting... im the pickiest eater in the world and im always high so im always hungry... especially late at night..... I eat the most then.... I don't eat breakfast or anything and late at night is usually when im the highest and always eating food..... I mean im not eating cookies and chips and shit but im also not eating oranges either lol

    and I can't do all these diets and crazy lifestyle changes cus for one im Diabetic and two I HATE the majority of food.... I eat the same shit on a day to day basis cus I barely like anything.... picky as fuck

    if I could figure out the eating portion of the fitness and lifestyle id be rock fuckin solid cus I do my damn thing in the gym.... pretty much addicted to that place

    im also about to switch to DDP Yoga and try that shit out..... heart its amazing and just seeing what that shit did for Jake the Snake and Scott Hall is amazing..

    plus its a "mans" yoga

    and my flexibility is shot and my shoulders are fucked.... especially my left one..... thats why I can't max out at the gym or try and test my strength cus one wrong move and my shoulder gonna fall off

    definitely want to be able to be more flexible and get in better shape overall and I know for a fact yoga does that if you do it right

    I think diet is most important to shred or tone up. My cousin lost 80 pounds working out. And still ate fast food everyday. It depends on your body.

    how can i gain some weight?

    im 6'3 and weigh 181
    i wanna get to 190-200 in a few months

    i just signed up at a gym..been goin 5 out of 7 days

    working on all parts and running the treadmill about 4 miles twice a week

    im thinkin about stopping running but i dont want to disincorperate that from my workout process

    Yeah, maybe stop that running and just do sprints.

    But if you weight 181 pounds, try taking in 300g of protein and a daily dosage of creatine for 12 weeks.

    Guarantee you'll be about 205 by spring break.

    Also work out muscle groups man, don't do whole body workouts, that shit is a waste.
