Priest, that's completely wrong. The reason why training legs increases overall gh production in the body is because they're the largest muscle group. Any muscle group you train will increase natural gh production. The bigger the muscle, the more natural gh production. Bodyweight squats don't trigger enough resistance to cause any increase of this nature beyond a microscopic point. And shadow, with that you can do bent over db rows, curls, chins on your pull up bar. You can do lunges, but I don't recommend anyone ever do lunges as they're really bad for you contrary to what every wannabe personal training fag at a retail gym will tell you. But yeah. Obviously bag work is great cardio.
