Damn poli-sci majors. Fuckers thinkin their voice always needs to be heard. In all seriousness, is it even possible for an artist to be too controversial for a college crowd?

I hope Kyle Boggs gets banned from college for being a lil pansy. Who cares if dirt raps about rape, he raps better than the watered down shit that he prolly listens to anyway.

Sexual abuse of mentally handicapped women, wanting to have sex with extremely young girls like Hannah Montana, lyrics promoting images of graphic sexual violence such as “I tear up her pussy like a savage beast” and “Take off your top bitch” are not uncommon themes in songs such as “Nasty as I Want to Be,” “Rape Somebody,” and “Suck My Dick.”

    lmao

    Im in two minds....

While he shouldnt be censored an shit I aint a fan of 'rape songs' they aint funny to me...but thats just a personal thing and in no way should it stop him from performing...as a person you have the right to listen and/or attend or not....I would be equally offended if someone went on stage and sang/rapped about gay love and as an individual its my right to be offended but at the same time its NOT my right to stop people from saying what they want.....

Its difficult....on the one hand we say its jokes and art and doesnt mean anything but on the other hand we all acknowledge the power of music...so is music powerful enough to influence people or not?? sometimes yes sometimes no???

Personally I dont think music can be hate speech....I mean it can but its not its hard for me to explain my feelings on it....Skinheads punking out to racist lyrics could be considered 'inciting violence' but if thats true so is 'cop killa'....if a song about suicide connects with a kid to the point they commit suicide can you blame the artist for making a powerful song?? I really dont know the answers

But again in this case its up to the individuals if they wanna go and listen to the music promoted to be playing....if you dont like it dont go.....

Exactly, if you don't want to see it, you don't have to. But you don't need to tell the world you're not going to see it nor do you want them to see it, by means of a protest, just post a facebook status about it and you won't risk getting beaten up by a bunch of pill popping andy milanokus fans. Nothing worse than a self righteous pansy.

“We can’t deal with Dirt Nasty’s humorous shock rap. We paid for Ke$ha’s fuck-me-in-the-back-seat-of-my-car-cause-I’m-a-whore-hammered-on-Jack-Daniels music.”
