Clearly my shoulders are getting bigger, my tri's are coming in much stronger, and I've gained a couple lbs. in the stomach.

I'm squatting 315 lbs for 3-4 reps and doing 710 lbs on the leg press for 5-6 reps. Also do lunges with the bar and 135 lbs as well as box jumps though.
Just find it kinda awkward as a guy to take picture of my legs...

If you know about bodybuilding you know it can take a year just to put on 5-10 lbs of actual muscle mass. It's a slow process, b.
