LMAO no chance that's like 2-3 hours away.

I wanted to ask you though how do you do that pinching/slow-down effect?

    lol figured

easiest way to do the slow down sound is just to do a "pitch bend" in sound forge. its a stock plugin and its pretty self explanatory to how it works.

but theres other ways to simulate that sound without having to do that. the maschine has an effect called "resochord" and it allows you to adjust the pitch of the "resochord" effect from -24 to +24 semitones. so I can create the slowdown noise of the effect on the beat and it sounds like the beat is slowing down but its not. I just set the volume of the effect to 0%, and set it to +24. then with one hand I turn down the +24 down to -24 while raising the volume of the volume knob with the other hand, so it sounds like the slow down is fading in. then i cut off the volume of the effect real quick. makes for a cool sound for transitions

Well yeah that's what I was looking at it for the purpose of.

I have like 0 ideas for transitions other than backwards cymbals.

Hmm, I use Reason though so what wold I do?

Just automate pitch bend or map it to my controller?

My musicianship has been going up the past few months but I suck at effects, I've never fucked with them at all.
