i just started doing them. i want to add weight but i dont want to have bad form. how many reps do you guys usually do? And how much weight are you using? I have been shooting for 4 sets of 10, but even with light weight i think my form starts isnt as good on the last reps.

If you've just started them then 3x10 is enough. When your form starts to waver, you should either reduce weight or move along to your next exercise.

most people dont do em that high with a challenging weight for them. if youre gonna do high reps its generally for pattern progression, basically getting the movement downpact. if its for lower reps thats where strength comes in. maybe instead of 4x10 try like 6x3

i hate em...it takes awhile to get the form down....personally i say lower the weights on anything that you dont feel you got down pact form wise

i would do it like this...

    i would do 6-12 sets of 3 reps...then do 5-10 singles

    ex.

this example guy's max power clean is 215

    6-12 sets of triples

    95x3
    115x3
    135x3
    145x3
    155x3
    165x3
    175x3
    185x3

then do 5-10 sets of singles ..these singles should be close 90% of your max power clean...this guys max is 215 so 90% is around 195

    195x1
    195x1
    195x1
    205x1
    205x1

this is brutal and time consuming...you would have to get used to it...this is bare minimum amount of sets i would do...i would probably do more sets
