Mad respect to you bro for doing it without slingin dope. That's how I got my stuff. I got a modest setup: keyboard, sample machine, beat machine, digital recorder, and 5 custom built PCs. I think that if it wasn't for the fact that I'm in the IT field and build my own PCs that I wouldn't be able to make beats. I still got a long way to go. as far as equipment, but I'll get there.

yeah, i hate my set up...it looks weird from the pictures angle...but the monitors are angled inwards toward where i sit...but its just the way my desk set up is...and the distance between them where measured up...they are set at the perfect distance...plus i got that big ass home stereo system...i like to refference between that...the bose surround sound and the event TR8 monitors to get a good idea of what it'll sound like when the project is done...but it gets the job done...

plus over in the right side is a booth with a recording set up...that isnt in the pic...

i really wish i had a set up like 32live and mlmg's but...i work at a fucking mill in a small as area for now...plus i just bought a new expedition...once i move down to long beach i'll have more time for all that...next yr sometime...going to college at lbcc...anyways...pz

Gracia.. I actually cant stand the room its to dark for me.. were gonna repaint the studio red and grey. I got more keyboards that werent shown another 40 inch that will be used for the soft synths.

i forgot Samsneeds spot look nice and open my manager suggested purple and i laughed at him you made me eat my words.. tho the color is not for me it works well in your setup..

some nice lil production spots here...

    Here's the mic corner...

The blue thing is a corner-fill bass trap... if u aint up on these u need to be. I just put the foam up tonight... I didn't want to use this strong ass adhesive and stick it to the walls (I'm renting)... so I bought a twin size sheet and stuck the foam on there and then nailed the sheet to the wall... easy enuff and i dont have to worry about tryna get that shit off the walls when i move.

    STEP YA GAME UP

Oh, and I only got half of my acoustic panels up... gotta put the rest up tomorrow before our first recording session with the new gear. As soon as I get the Pro Tools shit down I'ma run buy that Fantom. Taking some time off from beatmaking and focusing on engineering I think will help my beat game.... we'll soon see.

Yeah, fam need to get rid of that caveman computer monitor.

Shit looking clean still though. But that extra room you had back in GA was handy for that booth, shit was fresh. Still clean though, can't wait til I get mine.
