    why is that unlikely?

I've seen brutes who weight around the 230 vicinity do 405 like it was nothing.

since ive finally gotten back under the bench for about a month or two (instead of using DBs or the hammer strength) ive gotten up to 225x5 i just looked at what it had for my original post and it was 205x1...ew

i want my damn circulation problem to stop so i can get into barbell back squats. zercher squats are bitch. maybe ill go for them though, cause its either zercher and have a pain in my forearm crooks (cause i do em raw, babe) or lose circulation in my left arm...eh, at least that one is only temporary i suppose.

i said i MAX OUT @ 380...i dont throw that shit up on the bench everyday and do 25 reps in sets...shorter guys get stronger much faster our limbs are shorter we can do more reps..and i been liftin for 10 yrs regularly...if you cant move 380 after 10 yrs of liftin regularly something aint right my nigga

    you are not husky

:( my hubby was big like that but he's been training for almost 9 months and lost 50 lbs now he's a stick. he's 5'8 165. he was 190 when i married him less than a year ago. mainly all muscle now he's a cardio freak and is still strong but damn.
i dont like skinny guys, he has one more week and then i'm packing him pizza, steaks ,and cakes in his lunch box and switching his shakes out from no explode to weight gainer or something
