wow those are good numbers for 2 months. i hope you arent bullshitting but 280 bench for your height/weight and a 365 deadlift is pretty good.

    Deadlift 345x6 estimating 1RM@450-500

    bench 225x5

i never back squat because it stops circulation to my arm. i have a leg day coming up tomorrow so ill update afterwards.

    squat - 285
    deadlift - 335
    bench- 205
power clean from hang - 175x3
    overhead press - 125x3
    push press - 135x4

im weak all over...im actually kind of pissed off at how weak i am...

and yesterday i tested my external rotator strength...and its horrible...i could barely do a 10lb db for 8 reps...i need to get it up to at least a 20lb db before trying to bench again...

when i say 2 months i mean i've been lifting seriously for 2 months.

In high school i would do bench for periods of time but i was clueless bout weightlifting.

Deadlifts i feel im just naturally strong at. Maybe i have to body type for them. my squats however are lame.

yea youre tall thats why you have a good deadlift, long arms really help which is why thats my best lift too. but the flipside to long arms is a bad bench press so considering that i think 285 is pretty good for you, especially considering training exp.

I just had a fucked up wisdom tooth surgery and couldnt eat solid food for like 5-6 days and I lost about 10 lbs. so i can't wait to see how much i lost in strength...but prior to that...

    Height - about 5'11
Weight - about 190 as of now
Bench - 290 (can't get over this hump for some damn reason)
Squat - If I'm goin to parallel...I can squat 450+ for reps..."ass to grass" is like close to 300
Deadlift - 350 (I dunno how or why, but over the span of the last couple months I lost some strength in this lift)

I can do 4 sets of 12-15 reps for pull-ups unweighted

  10. im taller than him and my deadlift is pretty week, however i can almost do my weight but if i really push my self i think i can get atleast 265, thats still pretty good tho

whats good weight to hit on this?

on another note since we seem to have a lot of deadlifters here, how do you guys pull? i keep my knees at about shoulder width and use a wider or "snatch" grip.

poliquin wrote an article about this topic....
    http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=459454

he found certain ideal ratios among his athletes for upper body lifts based on a percentage of their close grip bench(14" grip)...

your external rotation strength would be ok, if you could do 9% of your close grip maximum for 8 reps...

also you should check your lower trap strength as well...it should be about 10% of close grip bench

i think my traps, upper, lower and inbetween, are good as far as i can tell from hypertrophy but since you cant actually see your rotator cuff im not too sure about that one.

i just tried it out now, not sure if i did it right..i was putting it so that my elbow was kinda in my thigh, then i moved it to actually being on top of the knee...idk how much of a difference it makes but it did get harder that way, managed 20lbs for 8 reps.witht he right and 7 for the left (did the left with the elbow on knee the whole time)
