Pillars of Self

    These are my pillars of self (in order of importance). I've been refining this list for years, and so far this is what I've been unable to justify removing.
    1. Value time
    2. Create positive feedback cycles
    3. Exercise willpower
    4. C.T.N. (Clear To Neutral: make sure your environment is always tidy and ready to accept you)
    5. Proactivity, not reactivity
    Foundation for pillars: Direct attention
