yeahh...i've always thought it was pretty stupid that quite a large number of members of this site don't even listen to rap and aren't involved w/ the hip hop culture at all..

No see, heres where you are wrong.

You didn't simply state that you didn't like it.

You called it crap, with no substance, and shitty beats.

I guarantee you don't know shit all after making that comment.

Is it worth it to argue? No, because you listen to Young Jeezy and Gucci Mane and Little Wayne.

    So, um..........

Shut the fuck up and avoid further embaressment because you clearly don't know ANYTHING.

Now what substance does Jeezy bring? "I SELL COKE I GOT GUNS?"

Little Wayne sayz: IM A YOUNG MONEY MILLIONAIRE TOUGHA DEN NIGERIAN HAIR.

Go buy a Kool G Rap cd, and a Wu Tang cd, listen to it, read every single lyric, get daddies revolver from the sock drawer, load it, and then kill yourself.

I wasn't heart broken, I was disguisted, because you are part of the demographic responsible for damaging the beautiful art form we know as hip-hop.

What the fuck does it matter where you are from, if you are spitting something that EVERYONE can relate to, universal.. You know, good concepts and themes and such, oh wait.. no you clearly don't know, based off your RETARDED comment.

Canadian or not, I will still continue spitting knowledge, and you can continue bumping your solja boy cd's in your Volkswagon Jetta riding around your college campus

Now again, Shut the fuck up.

    Thanks.

sorry for being 100% correct. i'm talking about the current situation in rap. the northeast isn't any different in terms of talking about guns and coke. kool g is ok. wu tang has some legit songs (nothing recent though). i used to respect nas and them up until around 2002 then they all went to shit. i don't like much of jeezy but he's got some decent songs. to be honest i don't really like a majority of songs by a certain rapper or group these days besides atmosphere. gucci sucks but i gotta admit i like some of his shit.

The only thing you are 100% of is an ignorant faggot. There is atleast a couple dozen dope MCs spitting from the northeast. Kool G Rap is a fucking legend and one of hiphops most influential MCs of all time, not 'ok'. Wu Tang still puts out dope shit, ie. Ghostface 'Big Doe Rehab'. And who is 'Nas and all of them', I'd love to know.
