    I killed my chest yesterday.... all I did was fuckin chest shit cuz I'm now focusing on one muscle each day and going in 3 days a week....

    Gonna get Chest on monday

    Shoulders and Back on Wednesday

    Triceps and Biceps on Friday

    I run after all my lifting sessions.


    Anyway, real reason for topic... my chest is sore... don't ya'll love pressin on yo sore chest? I mean it hurts but it's a good hurt.

    no abs? delts? and wtf@working out your chest when its sore. thats overtraining and u aint goin to build any muscle .. your muscles grow when u REST.. not when u do a rep lol

    I said I did chest on monday you stupid fuck.

    I do chest once a week.

    And my legs are big from running so much, bigger than faggots doing leg presses and shit.

    Damn I love that shit!!!! when you work out and the next day you can feel that soreness thats when you know you put in the work...that shit makes yu even hungrier to eat the right foods...when I dont feel that soreness after a target training I get sorta down on myself...

    I did my chest on monday and my triceps man they are sore and my triceps are sore the good sore the sore where you cant lift shit with your triceps...I did the pullover with a barbell and I didnt realize that also works your lats and back so I basically got a bit of soreness in my wings as well...

    So wednesday I will be doing legs for the first time.

    and friday I will be doing Back and Biceps....i hate doing back excersices...I only been able to get my back sore 1 time and its cause i was doing a ton of bentover rows and v bar pulleys.

    my biceps only get sore on preacher curl and isolations.

    The hardest muscles to get sore are my shoulders and back...

    if i were you id do chest and triceps instead of back...reason being is cause you are using triceps when you bench so might as well utilize the blood flow on that day to your tricep...and back and bicep on friday utilize the blood flow to the biceps.

    I used to do back and chest and it was defeating the purpose.

    Anyway, I did Shoulders today....

    And I did triceps a lil' bit (not good enough) beause I was on a rush to get somewhere.
