Im starting to get at least respectable strength back, like I can workout with 315 again now, but when I do, I can only do like 2 sets before I start cramping badly.. so I cant even do a whole 4 sets ....
shit frustrating but I'm getting my legs back slowly.
I think Im starting to get shin splints from my bball court though.... I need a gym that doesnt have cement floors...

@J o o k funny thing happened.. i went to the gym but left my shorts at home. i proceeded to get a haircut and then hit up the cochifritos and bought some arroz con gandules y pollo al orno. con un jugo de coco on the side. gotta get in full PR mode for the game tonight lol. I'll work on cardio later tonight

I use treadmills during the week because its convenient. I also run the mountains, trails and lakes on the weekend.

i run the treadmill as a warmup to lift so i can get my blood pumping, but i cant stand running in one spot.. i also prefer pushing myself based on how i feel when running without pushing a button

I been considering switching from running to a stationary bike at the gym cuz of the long term effects running has on your joints.
never been a fan of the bike cuz i heard it causes impotence.
All that would do is cut down on my jerk off time and improve my life efficiency.
