    Nutrients in milk definitely help out bones and ligaments, but not drinking it wouldn't be the cause of that kind of problem.

    it just gets real tight right as I get to the top of a curl... really I dont even have to be lifting, I can bend my elbow all the way and I feel it...

    its just more intense when I'm lifting. I have that gluccosinine (sp?) shit but I never have remembered to take it regularly enough for it to get in my system.

    Just shaved 45 seconds off of my 3 mile run since the start of the comp (down to 7:15/mile). Hopefully I will get it down to 21 flat (7:00/mile) by the end of the comp.

    I remember being in the army running that shit in 18 minutes... man what the fuck happened to me.


    I can literally run a mile right now in under 6 minutes though, just can't keep that pace for much longer than that :funny:

    Here's what I take first thing I wake up.. Shit gets me energized quick.. But now I can't take it when I wake up cuz it'll break my fast since I'm doing IMF.. Gotta take it sometime from 12pm to 6pm

    Kale (fiber and kale is the best food for increasing testosterone)
    Pineapples

    Today was my first day of intermittent fasting and I feel great

    My last meal was something yesterday at 5

    Woke up this morning starving.. Did my Chest and triceps at around 6am on an empty stomach

    Didn't have anything but water until around 1pm today.. Had my whey protein shake along with a burrito bowl (rice, chicken, lettuce, salsa) from Chipotle, had some Brazilian nuts pause couple hours ago.. For dinner in about a hour I'm gonna have my kale shake and some fajita steak.. Then not eating not a single calorie again til noon tomorrow

    Go on YouTube and search for the "fastingtwins" channel.. Two Omagic looking niggas who put up bodybuilding videos.. They somewhat know what they're talkin about when it comes to IMF.. Only thing they do that's wrong is they eat shit like pizza during their fasting periods

    Escrow. Carlsbad. 5 bed 4 bath. 2005 build. 3300 ft. 3 car garage.

    I loved the Arrowood home but a 45 min commute is lame.

    Thanks, we're excited. I also have to file to remove contingency from my residency this week, car registration, dog is in vet, pay my income taxes, and we got into a car accident lol... My time is zero atm it sucks

    I owe 3700 to the fed this year too so its not even like I'm getting a tax refund lol. Next year I get all the homeowner deductions though so that's cool. Fffff
