    damn that's like the exact diet i'm on bro.. like exactly except I don't drink orange juice, too much sugar.

    Also I sub that last meal of the day with a shake but yeah that's it.

    Not for nothing... but I've never missed the gym because of a cold or any type of sickness.

    Working out while your sick is the quickest way to feeling better. Knocks the flem out right quick, too.

    I never eat that many meals or portion it like that

    I eat those foods right now, or most the time.... as of recnetly :eek:

    but I never been the type to put up 6 small meals a day and shit... especially if the food good.. I aint stopping till im full :funny:

    I am getting stricter on my diet this second half though, cutting my fat calorie intake from 20 to 10 percent for the next two weeks.

    Instead of non-fat milk in my protein shake, i'm drinking water in it :scared:

    Nasty as fuck.

    I might just do lowers and skip cardio. I dont know what I would do with that time if I dont go to the gym lol. Its a habbit at this point.

    yea I am, but Im about to take this week off to let my arm rest and to try to give myself the biggest difference between when I start and finish lol...

    ill start doing cardio again after I "plump" up this week lol

    for record ive always used water in my protein shake, just dont add too much water and its not bad... assuming u have the chocolate flavor... since thats all I usually ever see.

    yo i probably havent had any milk in any fashion in like over a year... u think that could be why my elbow hurts when I lift?
