    I wasnt in the competition, im just trying out this shredded technique that some of my boys use for they competition.... but not for a chance at the 200

    I'll post a pic after this weekend though before I start it for 2 weeks. Just to try to show yall the difference this can make (assuming I do it right and dont quit the diet part half way thorugh :funny:) my homeboys that do it get fucking crazy ripped...

    plus it will give my arm time to feel normal again, been having some pain...a week off is probably something I should do anyway, at least for uppers

    Today's the first day I ain't go to the gym as scheduled. Coming down with a cold. Imma research some.new training regiments and go ham once I'm better.

    Down to 240lbs tho,I was 265 in January.

    this is an example of a day he gave me.


    im also gonna use the going barely any carbs for so man days, then on the 4th day you have a carb load day which is supposed to fill up your muscles, and you repeat that process.

    i have a bet with myself..if my income taxes come in..im going to run 4 miles

    if it doesnt im going to jog some laps around the upper level of this college i sneak into and maybe play some ball there :funny:
