Just saying... legs are half your body, besides that, when training your legs you produce a shit load of testosterone which make all your muscels get bigger too..
And its just the best goddamn feeling in the world to come home destroyed after a heavy legs workout...

I won't be doing them for about a week though. I went tubing yesterday (sobering experience) and got tossed off the tube onto another rider and have a 6 inch bruise on my thigh. Limping around the gym doing upper body today
damn man. at least it's just a bruise and nothing was fractured/broken.
