i too have the blender bottle. but mine has a black top and is sleek and sexy like me
I had that one too.
But I left a little left over shake in it for a few days and it got all moldy and shit
What workouts u did n how much

I focus on working every muscle twice a week... I focus one time on reps, and the other on weights
Day 1: Legs+Shoulders+Biceps
Day 2: Back+Chest+Triceps
Day 3: Legs+Shoulders+Biceps
Day 4: Chest+Back+Triceps
Since you're working 3 muscle a day, and everything twice a week, you don't really need to focus on doing a lot of excersises for every muscle group, just make sure you switch them up a little bit after every 3-4 weeks

Food and cardio
I been quiet. But I been working.
diet even harder than last time. So far, no slippin.
Little tougher with the lower carbs because the energy slips but I'm still gettin it in.
Man, these vids always lock me in where I'll watch 6-7 of 'em in a row..
